Legacy Retailer Reinvention
This assignment involved working in groups to select a legacy retailer founded before 2010 and to devise strategies to grow/revitalize their business. UNIQLO LifeWear is high-quality, innovative clothing that is universal in design and comfort, made for everyone, everywhere. Project results included understanding UNIQLO’s target customer, state of business, competitive analysis, and rationale to support the recommended strategies including creative solutions, competitor practices and additional initiatives.
