Legacy Retailer Growth Strategy

The objective was to devise two strategies to grow/revitalize a legacy retailer’s business. Project results included providing a clear picture of Lululemon’s target customer, an overview of the retailer’s financials and market size, competition and rationale supporting the recommendations. Planning strategic Pop-Up Shop locations and a proof of concept to increase Mirror product sales within a physical location were recommended.
