Six Month Retail Buying Plan

The challenge was to develop a complete six-month buying plan for a target retailer including classification, size, fabrication, color, vendor, and price. Working together as a team, we chose luxury brand Burberry. We collected, analyzed, and interpreted data from internal and external sources. Our area of product focus was Men’s Underwear to reinvent the men’s department of the company. Assortment plans were also developed.
